We live in a world full of hurt people. We are surrounded by people who are in crisis and needing support, but we don't always know the best way to do that. Today I am sharing some tips on how we can support someone in crisis. We can show up with compassion, love and respect and walk beside someone in difficult situations! We don't have to avoid pain and uncomfortable situations because we are unsure of what to say or do. People just need to be loved and supported and I'm giving you practical ways that you can show up in any situation!
