Tina Hamilton is the founder of myHR Partner, Inc. Her role as CEO entails oversight of the organization and representing myHR Partner through her involvement in the community, nationwide speaking engagements and writing her monthly newspaper column and Inc.com quarterly column. She is also involved in the global Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
Prior to founding myHR Partner, Tina was the owner/operator of a staffing service franchise. After a corporate merger, Tina took advantage of the sell-back opportunity. Tina completed her PHR certification during this time and founded myHR Partner, Inc., in 2002.
Tina resides in Bethlehem, Pa., and is an empty-nester after raising her two children. She also has two red-headed granddaughters who are the light of her life. Tina is the daughter of a Holocaust survivor (Father, Mark) and of a Cuban refugee (Mother, Sarah). Tina was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, where she started her employment experience working at her father’s corner deli.
