Episode description

Kahliyuga - for everything to end or start something must end something must be born Tanner Skinner is a mixed martial artist, hypnotist, yogi, hip-hop artist, author, and much more. Tanner’s story begins with his first teacher, who inspired him to explore his mind and his body through hypnotism and physical disciplines. I imagined hypnotism was to puppeteer the mind. I sought Tanner to explain hypnotism. According to Tanner, hypnotism is to bypass the conscious mind to speak to the subconscious. In effect, rewriting neurology to establish new patterns of behaviour. Essentially your subconscious mind drives your meat vehicle and the hypnotist kicks your conscious mind to the back seat while the hypnotist rides shotgun. She then whispers directions in your subconscious’ mind, but if you don’t believe in his directional ability, you’ll just drive your way and disregard her suggestions.
