Episode description

Stuart Perrin continues this 12-part series on "Becoming Happy" with the 9th installment— "Closer to Nothingness". Stuart explains that as long as we are full of neuroses, we never have to live a creative life, we can always blame it on the things that are wrong with us. The first step toward our nothingness is letting go of that which no longer serves us. Recorded live during a meditation retreat, February, 2010. Mr. Perrin is a Kundalini yoga teacher of 37 years out of New York City, practicing in the lineage of Rudi (Swami Rudrananda).
