She has written several articles and blog posts on school leadership and the pressures of teaching, and has recently completed a doctorate on teacher well-being and work-life balance at Middlesex University. Emma is also a co-host on the brilliant ‘Clem and Em; podcast and the author ‘How to survive in teaching without imploding, exploding or walking away’ which is a thought provoking book looking at the crisis in recruitment and retention in schools today.
