Kathryn Morgan is Expert Adviser at the Teacher Development Programme, Research Associate at the University of Gloucester and is studying for a MA in Education Leadership.

We discuss Deliberate Practice beginning with what it is and why we need it in education. We explore if it is all about changing teacher habits, the difference between purposeful practice and deliberate practice and its role in Instructional Coaching.
