The Synod of Synodality: Is this a Trojan Horse brought in to undermine the Gospel and the Traditions of the  Church? Join Jack as he dissects its controversial attempt to expand the Church's tent, and its potential ramifications for traditional Church teachings.

What if something you thought was accepting and inclusive was, in fact, the opposite? We delve into the Synod of Synodality, the appointment of Father James Martin made by Pope Francis, and question the Pope's globalist and socialist tendencies and what seems to be the ever-increasing tolerance of sin in the name of diversity and inclusion.

Welcome to the Become who you Are podcast of production of the John Paul Toury Null Center . I'm Jack Rigard , your host , and yes , I'm glad you're joining me today . This episode is the Church of Woke , enlarging the space of your tent and make room for Father James Martin . So enlarge the space of your tent . That's the . The was the working document .

The name , the title they gave the working document the Synod of Synodality , which is enlarge the space of your tent . So if you haven't heard of the Synod of Synodality and some of you probably have already , because it was in perishes and people have been talking about it for so long if you don't know what that is , don't feel bad , because no one does .

No one does . All we know it's gonna be new , novel and everybody's included . This is Kumbaya . This is the night . It reminds me of the 1960s like a Woodstock concert . You know Everybody . Let's all get high , let's sit around and sing Kumbaya and let's dialogue .

Right , nobody really knows what they're saying , but it doesn't matter , because it's all about opinions and everybody is inclusive , and it doesn't matter what you do . And if you have any doubts what this means , we'll get Father James Martin Pope Francis appointed to be one of the heads of this to decipher this force .

Along with Cardinal Soupage , cardinal Gregory , cardinal McElroy All of them have their issues with the church and church teaching . So you know we're in very good hands . If you're mixed up now , you don't know what this is . You certainly will not have any idea what this is after they get done with it . It's a very interesting time , isn't it ?

So , basically , I've spoke about this with the series Woke and it's really talked . I talked about the attack on marriage and the family , the church and then on our country . This is a very serious thing . In very many ways , this is the Trojan horse of the Woke church , so it's gonna come in and we're going to really finish off the church as the idea .

You know , I have news for everybody . Mankind has tried to finish off the church many , many times and if it was capable of finishing it off , trust me , this Vatican and along with Pope Francis and all this cronies , would have done it , and they're gonna attempt to do it . So buckle up . Let me just give you a little idea .

This document , the Synod of Sinodalities it's finally finished . This is the North American final document for the Continental Stage of the 2021 to 24 Synod . So we're going on two years , but by the time we're done with it , another year or two and then implement all of this . It's years , really , of time spent on this .

It's amazing to me as I read these documents , or this document , that educated men actually put this together . Men and women I should say educated human beings put this together . It reads just like some kind of babble , a constant babble .

The two big themes on it are dialogue we must dialogue with one another and the other thing is , in all this dialogue , all this babble , is , of course , infused by the Holy Spirit . The Holy Spirit wants us to all babble together and come up with nothing and everybody's opinion . And so why is this dangerous ?

It's dangerous because it's a chance for the leadership , our shepherds , to really put in anything they want . This is the Synod of Sinodalities , is meaningless . Basically Nobody knows what it is . Even the people that wrote this document will say this is just a . What do they say here ?

The report presents the Synod Processes and even an experience of novelty and freshness . People of God remarked on the uniqueness of speaking freely and being heard and organized conversations that were open-ended and attentive , with the guidance of the Holy Spirit . So this is the thing , right . What did that just say ?

Basically , you could say anything , but don't worry , because whatever you say is going to be guided by the Holy Spirit , because the Holy Spirit is in your feelings . Now it's very interesting , right ? All these different opinions coming and yet the Holy Spirit is behind it , right ? So I can say one thing , father Martin can say another thing .

They could be opposite , but it's all backed by the Holy Spirit . We're all included , because if I want to do what I want to do and you want to do what you want to do , boy , just open up the tent , right ? So , look it , I just babbled on , right , and that's exactly what this is . It's just the babble on saying nothing .

And if you think , well , I just spent five minutes saying nothing . That's pretty much . I give you a pretty good idea of what the Synod of Synodalities is , and I want to take it kind of lightly here . In a way , I get so tired of saying all the different currents of evil coming at us , but it's just true . And again .

So the Synod of Synodalities is like a hypodermic needle it just goes in . You could fill it with anything , but you can just keep injecting people with it , and that's exactly what they're going to do here . So I'll unpack it a little bit more . And I think it's important to know .

It's important to be aware of it because we have to know where to find the truth , don't we , at the end of the day ? Why is this important to me personally ? Because I brought many people into the church . I came back into the church because of one of my brothers who was actually in large the space of your tent .

He could have been a protege of Father James Martin and his spewing of homosexuality and gender confusion . I mean , there's nothing about sexuality that Father Martin doesn't love and embrace and it's all about kumbaya , a marriage that's meaningless . It could be anything you want .

And look , as far as I'm concerned , this is not about my gay neighbors again , who I'm called to love . Well , go down and have a bottle of wine with and dinner , whatever they want to do . Look , I buy fresh produce from an organic farm and it's run by two men that say that they are married .

And look , I like those guys a lot and I'll laugh with them and talk with them . At the end of the day , I'm here to proclaim the gospel , and so are you . We're all called to proclaim the gospel .

Now , whether somebody accepts it or not , that's up to them , but at the end of the day , if you're searching for the truth , that's what we want to find in the church . We want to find the truth of Jesus Christ . And all this kumbaya , nonsense and all of this enlarging to tent and all this , jesus had this little saying , didn't he ?

And he does want to enlarge a tent and he wants everybody to be included . You know his passion death and resurrection , redemption that we're offered , it's collective , it's for everybody , and he does want everybody to go underneath this tent and accept redemption .

But salvation itself , right , this collective act that Jesus did for all of us then has to be the next step is actually your salvation , my salvation , the salvation of my gay neighbors and everybody , and that you have to say yes . You know the God who created you without you , saint Augustine would say is not going to save you without you .

You know you're free to say yes . And so , at the end of the day , what something like this does is it just allows us to waddle in our sins , allows us to never see the truth , and that's exactly what this does . This is the Trojan horse saying there is no truth , only your truth , and basically what ?

What they've done is they've opened the doors of the church to the culture and said culture , not only do you come in , but the culture and the church are just one with each other . We enlarge the tent so there is no difference , and at the end of the day , who gets saved in that ? Hey , good luck , right ?

So we want to unpack that a little bit and try to make some sense out of this , because this is a crazy time . People's lives are being ruined , their souls are being lost , and we want to make some sense of this . So buckle up and get ready for the rest of today's episode . In large the space of your tent .

The working document for the Synod of Synodality is that's the title . Huh , the vision of a church capable of radical inclusion , sharing , belonging , deep hospitality , according to the teachings of Jesus , is at the heart of the Synodal process .

It says , instead of behaving like gatekeepers trying to exclude others from the table , we need to do more to make sure that people know that everyone can find a place and a home here . And so this is , this is part of the the gobbledygook , right . And so let's just contrast that to what Jesus said , right ?

So this often repeated theme of the document to be a listening church , especially to those who feel neglected and excluded , it sounds right , doesn't it ? We do go out , and so what happens with this , a document like this ? What happens with all twisting and distortion of the truth ? Look , it's Satan's not a fool . You know he .

You know he's going to bring some truth in and , just like DEI , right , diversity , equity and inclusion in our school systems and in our corporate world . Now you know this , this woke that we're expounding all over .

Where there is no truth , there's just my truth , your truth , until the power , right , until it , until the person , the strong man , gets the power he's looking for and then he controls the rest of us .

So this often repeated theme of this document to be a listening church , especially those who feel neglected for various reasons , feel attention between belonging to the church and our own loving relationships , such as the remarried , single parents , people living in polygamous marriages , lbgtqia people , etc .

It goes on and on those that live in same sex relationships , who expect the church to accept them in their way of behaving . So this is just kumbaya , everybody's included , and you know what , at the end of the day , god does want everybody included . You know he will always say come in , you know , and repent , and then go out and sin no more .

And he asks all of us to go out and proclaim the gospel . That's been this theme for this week , really , at many of the gospel readings , at Mass and stuff . So look at , god is always seeking and looking for you . And where that came from , that enlarging your tent , actually came from Isaiah 54 , yeah , 54 versus 2 .

Enlarge the space for your tent , spread out your tentcloths and sparingly lengthen your ropes to make firm your stakes . So what this is , of course , is taken out of context , but the way they use it , but that's what God does actually .

You know , god is gathering his people again in the Old Testament here , and this is the prophet Isaiah speaking about this , this new Zion , zion that you know , the city of God . And he says the city of God . He says , he says I want to enlarge the space of your tent , bring all of you together . This is open for everybody , all of you . Because why ?

Because I am your husband , you know . For he who has become your husband is your maker . This is God who wants intimacy with us , like a husband for a wife , right , this is the bridegroom and the bride and your and his name . You know this husband that's looking for all of us . Our maker is the Lord of hosts .

Your redeemer is the Holy One of Israel , called God of all the earth . The Lord calls you back , but what does he call you back for ? He calls you back for holiness . He wants you to become holy . He wants you to become one with him . Who is holy .

And it goes on to say like a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit , a wife married in youth and then cast off , says your God . So that's what we are . We're people that were married and our youth something happened , and then and then , and then we were cast out of the relationship .

Well , he said for a moment I abandon you , but with great tenderness , I take you back . Listen to this . This is really beautiful God not condemning anybody , knowing that we're all sinners and we went out and we sinned , and he wants us to come back . What Father Martin and soupage and McElroy and Gregory would say is no , no , no , no , no .

God doesn't care what you do , just come back into the tent . It doesn't matter if you repent , it doesn't matter what you live like it doesn't matter what you do . You know , you can come into union and communion with God , who is perfect , right , who causes us into perfection , into a family , into a relationship , no matter what we do .

And it's just so preposterous that a second grader would know this . And here's educated men writing this . And well , they're not doing it by accident , of course , right . So again , in an outburst of wrath , for a moment I hid my face from you , but with the daring love I take pity on you , says the Lord , your Redeemer .

This is for me like the days of Nor , when I swore that the waters of Nor would never again deluge the earth . So I have sworn not to be angry with you or to rebuke you . Though the mountains leave their place and the hills be shaken , my love shall never leave you , nor my covenant of peace be shaken , says the Lord , who has mercy on you .

And he goes on and on and on . That , your precious stones . And he wants you back . So again , god does call us back . And so now we have this open , open space , right , where this listening church and everybody is welcome to come in here , and we just well , here's what the difference is , right . Is this the mission of the church ?

Just to stretch and move the tent , is the document suggests , until everyone with their own opinions and their own ideas . And it doesn't matter this kumbaya , let's all go out and get high , have sex with anybody we want . Marriage is meaningless . Babies can be aborted . It doesn't matter . Everybody's involved .

A UNL , a , g , a , b , a , t , a , q , an , I , an , a , a plus a S , double spirit , it doesn't matter . Come on in , have sex with anybody you want , any way you want , inside out , upside down . It's all about getting an orgasm and your selfish desires . Oh , come on in . You know this is what God wants . This is God's design .

Well , you know this is so preposterous that you know you would laugh if my stomach didn't actually get sick that these are churchmen again . To put this kumbaya together . Right , to stretch and move the tent until everybody fits within the structure . Still a question .

I guess another question might be asked why do those who do not agree with the teachings of this church still clamor to get in and be accepted ? Why is that ? I mean why ? Why like , if I don't agree with the church's teaching and if Father James Martin doesn't concur with it and Pope Francis decides that he wants to put James Martin in charge of this thing .

You know , I mean , what does this tell us about our church leaders ? You know why come in and try to be accepted in the church . The whole world will accept . Anything else you do in today's world , right , anything goes out there . You know , we've become the most hedonistic , barbaric people on that ever lived in history .

We do anything for pleasure , and if a baby happens to come with it , hey , get rid of the baby , get . You know . You know the story right , you know the thing . Joe Biden would say you know the thing . And so , at the end of the day , what does Jesus say about this ? You know , do we just open the gates ?

You know , we just heard that God does want this tent in large , doesn't he ? He does want us all to come in , he does love us , he does want us to come in , and all of us with our past sins . Right , and we know that . But what does Jesus actually say then ? What's going to actually happen ? And this is Matthew 7.13 .

So contrast this to this enlarged tent until everybody is included . And here's what Jesus says Enter by the narrow gate , for the gate is wide and the way is easy , that leads to destruction , and those that enter it are many , for the gate is narrow and the way is hard , that leads to life , and those that find it are few .

Then he goes on right after that , in verse 15 , to warn us of false prophets . Beware false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves . You will know them by their fruits . So this is so good , isn't it ? You'll know them by their fruits . You know what are the fruits of this .

Is the church vivacious and is it going to just grow from this nothingness , from all these people with their opinions and stuff ? You know what's going to come out of this . Nothing's going to come out of this . All they're going to do is weaken it further , and that's really what they're looking for .

That's the fruits they're looking for is the total demolishment of the church . But you know what ? God's still in charge of this thing . I think he's going to let all this evil percolate , just like he's doing in the culture . We're seeing that through the culture .

We're seeing that in our country , all the weed and the weed in the shaft are all coming up together . The wheat and the weeds are all showing themselves . And then God can just come in , boom , st Michael the Archangel , with the sword . He could very easily see where to make that slice right , because we're judging ourselves here . We're judging ourselves .

So Jesus says again beware of the false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves . You will know them by their fruits Are grapes gathered from thorns , or figs from thistles . So every sound tree bears good fruit , but the bad tree bears evil fruit . A sound tree cannot bear evil fruit , nor can a bad tree bear good fruit .

Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire . Thus you will know them by their fruits . And so then he goes on . I'm going to keep reading here . This is verse 21 . So Matthew 7 , verse 21 . Not everyone who says to me , lord , lord , shall enter the kingdom of heaven .

Mr Kumbaya , over here with their synod of synodalities and enlarge the space of your tent Again . Not everyone who says to me , lord , lord , shall enter the kingdom of heaven , but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven . Hear that , father James Martin , and all of the henchmen that would like to destroy the church .

That day many will say to me Lord , lord , did we not prophesy in your name and cast out demons in your name and do mighty works in your name ? And then I will declare to them I never knew you . Depart from me , you evil doers .

Everyone , then , who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock and the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat upon that house , but it did not fall because it had been founded on the rock .

And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house upon the sand and the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house and it fell , and the great and great was the fall of it .

And when Jesus finished these sayings , the crowds were astonished at his teaching , for he taught them as one who had authority and not as their scribes . Jesus teaches as one who has authority and not as these scribes . And these are the scribes how to put the synod of synodalities together .

When you hear the imagery of the tent that says in here , this is right from the document the church does not have doors to close , but a perimeter that continually widens . There's a comment in here . Now , this is the opposite of what I just read , right , those who feel at home in the church feel the absence of those who don't . Yeah , of course we do .

We all have family members and people that have walked away from the church right , and people that are in the church that are spewing this heresy , like Father James Martin . Through these voices we hear the dream of a global and synodal church . Now , listen to this . You know , we know Pope Francis , god bless him . We got to keep praying for him .

We're called to love him . We're called to pray for him . We're called to pray for his conversion . We're the pray that the Holy Spirit actually fills up the church . I mean , this is what we do . The nice thing is we don't have to get angry about this . But listen to this . We all know he's a globalist and a socialist , and so you know .

Look at the people that he has in there . You know he just had Clinton and Soros and he's done so much to damage the church from the inside , unfortunately . And he wouldn't see the Dubia Cardinals . He won't see Cardinal Zinn , who has been persecuted when Pope Francis threw the Catholic Church , the church , under the bus and gave the communists the reign there .

With the church , I mean so many , so many things , right ? So here's what we hear . So when we read this , we say through these voices , we hear the dream of a global and synodal church that lives unity and diversity . God is preparing something new and we must collaborate . See , this is the spirit . Do you not hear the spirit ?

Right , this is the spirit within us . You know your opinion , my opinion , all filled with the spirit . Even though we're saying different things , it doesn't matter , we're all included . Yeah , that's God . All right , you know God telling me to say one thing and you to say something that contradicts it , and it's all kumbaya , right ?

And then he goes on to say they go on to say this in this document , talking about , we lose our sense of the whole if we're not careful . We fracture into sub identities . It's an experience of babel and not Pentecost , which is really interesting , isn't it ? Because that's exactly what we're doing .

We're saying that all of these , first of all , we do put everybody in these , you know , sub identities . We call them an , l , a , g , a , b , a , t , a , q , critical race theory , right , we divide everybody up into , you know , the oppressor and the oppressed depend on your skin and all these different things .

And then we say , now everybody can just get an intent together , it really doesn't matter anymore . And you know , you'd like to say , well , yeah , that sounds good . You know , we all kumbaya , we all love one another , right ? Well ?

And then it goes on to say the dream of a church that is more fully lives , a Christological paradox , boldly proclaiming its authentic teaching while at the same time offering a witness of radical inclusion and acceptance through its pastoral and discernment accompaniment . And look at it basically , at the end of the day , if you're a drunk , it's okay , come in .

If you're a thief , that's okay , you know you're accepted . You know we're gonna , we're gonna proclaim the teaching to you , but if you don't really follow it , it's okay , we're gonna accompany you in any way . Slander , murder , that's okay . You believe in abortion , contraception , homosexuality , marriage is meaningless . That's not the church's teaching .

But you're included , right ? So ? And then they say this instead of behaving like gay people , gay keepers , trying to exclude others from the table , we need to be to do more to make sure that people know that everyone can find a place and a home here . Now , what did I just read in Matthew seven ? I closed this up again .

Let me , let me just find this again and I'll read that to you again . It again I , you know you , I don't want to just belittle these guys , but it's just so ridiculous that these are educated men that don't know scripture , or or they're just pulling one over our eyes , but you know , everybody that listens to this don't they know scripture .

So again , instead of behaving like gay peep gatekeepers trying to exclude others from the table , we need to do more to make sure that people know that everyone can find a place and a home here . And what did Jesus say ? Well , I'm the gatekeeper .

He said I am a gatekeeper , enter by the narrow gate to come through me , for the gate is wide and the way is easy . That leads to destruction , and those that enter it are many , for the gate is narrow and the way is hard . That leads to life , and and so few find it . And so here let me make just a couple more points here .

This is well the feeling people had , the feeling that the institutional church was not interested in their faith , experience or their opinions . I mean , who says this kind of stuff . You know , of course we're interested in that . But you take it to a local church , you know , you take it into a parish and and you build communities within the parish .

It goes on to say that that many people feel isolated and fragmented , a relationship between priests and laity , and the priests don't wanna listen . And you know , when I talk to priests , that's all they do All day long . What do they do ? They listen and listen and listen and listen . And that's really what they do .

It's amazing to me when they hear that I've talked to priests that are so worn out and they say that's all I do all day is listen to , you know , to all these people , and we try to do what we can for them , but you gotta be able to speak the truth to them .

And then it goes on to say this with this inclusiveness , some people feel a tension between belonging to the church and their own loving relationships , such as remarried divorces , single parents , people living in polygamous marriages , lbgtq people . Reports show how this demand for welcome challenges in many churches and we wanna be incredibly inclusive here .

Well , you know , what's really interesting it's when we talk about incredibly inclusive and how we wanna be inclusive and how we wanna be tolerant of everybody and how we don't wanna have anybody on the margins . And guess what Pope Francis is the worst at this ? Pope Francis is the worst of not including people that he doesn't wanna speak to .

Again , we have these dubia cardinals that had questions about some of the documents he wrote . Cardinals in many others that wanna get in to talk to them . Nope , he's not gonna get in . This is DEI right . Diversity , equity and inclusion that we hear in the culture . Diversity means , you know , diversity is diversity of what ?

Of morals , or we could say a lack of morals . It doesn't matter what you think . We're all diverse in our morality . We can live any way we want and just , you're all welcome in here as long as you believe that . And then we have equity right , which is not equality , but equity . And equity means what ?

That , whoever in charge you know , whether it's Pope Francis in the church , the President Biden or your boss , you know I'm gonna decide what equity looks like . And if I decide that you know that you don't fit into the structure , you're not part of the group or the identity that I'm looking for .

Or if you push back against people , say of you don't believe in , say homosexual marriages ? Well , you're excluded , you're a hater , you're out of the game here . And so then we have what ? Diversity , equity and inclusion . Well , inclusion means what Inclusion means ? Just like this , it's just all kumbaya Everything goes together and everybody's included .

As long as you go along with this , right , as long as you're not like Jesus and you have a reality , a true , a good and a beautiful , a way that you're asking everyone to live , well then you're hated . And Jesus said they're gonna hate you and you don't feel bad because they hated me first . So who's marginalized here ? Who's the outcast here ?

How about those that seek to attend Latin Mass , pope Francis , you know , with all the problems in the whole world , right , and all this is crumbling . If you really wanted to include everybody , why would you exclude those people that wanna go to the Latin Mass , right ?

Why would we not be standing up for those praying outside abortion clinics who are getting arrested ? How about the DO Marxist ideologies promoted throughout the culture and into our schools ? Why aren't we standing up and talking about that kind of stuff ? No , this is about kumbaya , right ?

We have national sex ed standards in the United States that are stealing the innocence of every single child and bringing pornography right into the schools . And yet when parents stand up against them , oh , you're not included , you're outside of this .

They need to be more tolerant of this LBGTQ ideology that wants to tell our children that if they're uncomfortable in their bodies , that maybe their little boy should have been a girl .

Maybe that little girl wants to become a boy , right , I mean , this is really cruel things to do to children and to show them pornography and to show them that there's no meaning or purpose behind this . And you know what ? It's kumbaya , everything's okay . So marginalized . Who are the marginalized ? Who are the marginalized people in the world today ?

The marginalized are children growing up without a mother or , more common , without a father . They're marginalized and again , I don't know . There's so many different circumstances . We get that , we understand that , but still , those children without a mother and or a father in the home , those children are gonna grow up with something missing .

What does this do to church attendance ? What's gonna go down ? Who's gonna bring in the church ? Who's gonna bring the gospel to them ? Right ? I just , is it Brown University ? I think it was Brown University , that 36% or something like that . Don't quote me on the exact number , but a high number , maybe more than that . 40% of all of those .

These are college students , think that they are LBGTQIAWS+ , and so these are children that have never had the gospel declared to their morts , the kumbaya gospel that we're talking about today . Marginalized are children taught that their identity is fluid and subjective . What's the most important thing ? That we use their correct pronouns , whatever that is .

Take away their name , take away their identity . Give them a collective right this is neo-Marx and stuff . Give them a pronoun and then tell anybody that they don't use that pronoun , that they're haters . Nope , I can't use my child's name anymore .

Marginalized are those looking to dating apps after their second or third failed marriages because they don't understand the connection between marriage and the eternal bridegroom . Marginalized are the young people who have been taught to normalize pornography .

Marginalized are the elderly who drank the Kool-Aid and did not have children and now struggle alone with no one to love them . Marginalized are the young men living in their parents' basements , addicted to video games , porn and masturbation , who look at women as objects and have no idea what love is , what it means to be a gift to one another .

All you're all included under the tent , but it's meaningless right . Marginalized are those women who are looking for love , who are out in a culture dating men who are addicted to pornography .

Marginalized are those being taught that love is a feeling filled with the spirit of course , that fulfillment can be found in sex without commitment , that marriage is meaningless . Marginalized are women that are taught that a baby is just a tumor that can be taken out . So many lies . These are all marginalized .

How many women do I know now that they got older , that grew up thinking that , acting like men , sleeping around giving their bodies up for men's pleasure , and they thought they were being empowered by that . If they got pregnant , it was their right to kill that child . And now they don't have any children .

It's always striving for upward mobility in a corporation run by morally corrupt men and women who don't even know your name and don't really care . The day you walk out of that place , nobody knows you anymore . But yet if you had a husband and children and grandchildren , they know your name . They'll be there when you're taking your last breath .

Marginalized is marriage and the family . Today , marginalized are businesses targeted like the Baker in Colorado by Neil Marxus , who helped create identity politics and target Christians . Marginalized are young people suffering from mental illness , anxiety , depression , gender confusion , suicidal thoughts . Why ?

For lack of truth , for lack of understanding of what goodness is for hope , lack of love , sent down a mission ? Yes , we're all sent down a mission , but not just a mission for kumbaya and all of this babble , this just sick babble that these people are talking about , father James Martin in charge of it .

Again , it makes my stomach sick when I think about this . Right , we need to take this back and we need to proclaim the gospel . I remember GK Chesterton . I love GK . He went searching for the truth as a young man , and I'm just paraphrasing here .

But he said I was trying to be 10 minutes in advance of the truth as I was searching for the truth and then I found out that I was 2000 years behind it . Right , jesus Christ had already come . He sought to travel all around the world seeking the truth , only to learn that it could have been found in the nearest parish church .

Find yourself a good parish pastor , find yourself a good parish church . They're around . Thank God , god is providing for us still in the midst of all this right , and you know it's very interesting . You can go back .

When I first started this podcast , I was coming back from a parish mission up in Alaska actually in 2020 and the COVID had just started and I had already just started a podcast then and it really came in to be a very fortunate time because I had some downtime then to really get it started and I spoke about all these things already happening .

They came from John Paul II's thoughts , you know , and there was a time where he wrote this or he said this at a talk two years before his ascendancy to the cheer of Peter in 1978 . He was a cardinal then and so this is two years before , so the 1976 , 200 year anniversary of our nation in 1776 . And he was in Philadelphia and he spoke these words there .

He said I do not think that wide circles of American society or wide circles of the Christian community realize this fully . We are now facing the final confrontation between the church and the anti-church of the gospel versus the anti-gospel . This confrontation lies within the plans of divine providence . It's a trial which the whole church must take up .

It's a trial not only of the church but , in a sense , a test of 2000 years of culture and Christian civilization , with all its consequences for human dignity , individual rights , human rights and the rights of nations .

We must be prepared to undergo great trials in the not too distant future , trials that will require us to be ready to give up even our lives and a total gift of self to Christ and for Christ . Through your prayers and mine , it's possible to alleviate this tribulation , but it's no longer possible to avert it .

How many times has the renewal of the church been brought about in blood ? It will not be different this time .

You know , this great confrontation that St John Paul II warns us about is being fought precisely at a time in history when many in the church hierarchy and the laity both have grown apathetic , have lost their voice or worse , even opposed to right now , and so we are really on a path right now into destruction , and we have to be very , very careful here .

The church must once again , as they close up here , engage the culture . It's got to raise the bar and listen . For a parish , find a parish , find a priest that's doing this , even though many of them have been excluded , and I'll talk about that on the next podcast . I think Cardinal Vigano just wrote about it .

He started a new organization , the Born , to Help Priests and Religious who are victims of what he calls the Bergoglian purges . Bergoglio , of course , is Pope Francis' actual name , and so let me just finish like this the church must once again engage , the culture must raise the bar , but she's withdrawn her voice .

Families , then , are left without a shepherd to warn them and lead them , leaving many parents with no moral foundation , no biblical foundation to answer the big questions that everyone is so confused about today , and so left to be blown around by the spirit of the age .

You know , these families are being that have children and friends that have children that are being indoctrinated and really suffering . Many still do not understand just how toxic the culture and , even more surprising the sun to some the public school system has become , and even the Vatican itself .

Both are pulverizing the hearts and minds of children , desensitizing them , normalizing the fall of original sin and so setting them up to be victims , sexually manipulated and exploited by the predators of our age . Even children in religious schools are not immune . They too are being indoctrinated . How ?

By Disney , netflix , social media , the government , seducing them into becoming addicts by the porn industry , opioids , drugs , fentanyl . It seems like most of the church's pastors and priests are what They've all become , what the Synod of Synodality lukewarm at best when confronting the present currents of evil .

They're not only allowing James Martin into their diocese , right , pope Francis is appointing him and gives him an audience that makes it very public , so everybody can see that he's allowing a visitation by James Martin , when he won't by people that speak the truth and speak openly . He got rid of so many people , and I'll go into that next time Again .

You can know them by their fruits , right . So , while these pastors and priests are looking at this , what do they know ? They know that , look , if you want to stay out of trouble , you know , just sing kumbaya , right ? And they wonder why their congregations continue to shrink . I mean , what do I need the church for ?

If the church is just a culture , I might as well just stay home and eat bonbons , right . Today . Studies have shown , for instance , that only 6% of professing Christians have a biblical worldview or understanding of foundational truths as basic as the sanctity of human life , the meaning of marriage .

Because of this , today's believers live very similarly to unbelievers , falling for the same false narratives being promoted by the culture , the government , the propaganda machines , a big tech , the mainstream media , academia and the so-called world elites . But what's really sad is when the church is in on this action right .

My heart especially goes out to young people , though , and this is really the reason I'm doing all this , for a lot of rudderless , aimless , without meaning or purpose for their lives , young people who have been repeatedly been told that they are free to create their own identity and subjective value system on which to base their lives .

This is the synod of synodalities , especially damaging the family , of the lies and falsehoods , when young people are told that those who hold them back from doing what they want to do , parents included , are the oppressors . Now , parents are the new oppressors . God is the oppressor . Today , they're told that it is the strangers in their lives . They're teachers .

Right ? The Synod of Synodalities . You know their watered-down Christianity . These are the so-called liberators . Huh , the Father James Martin of the world that says it's all kumbaya . You're liberated , you're free . What we need to be liberated from is sin .

My friend , father James Martin , we need to be and you need to be , just like I need to be , liberated from sin . Tick-tock , tick-tock . There's a hole six foot deep that's waiting for all of us .

Father James Martin , there's a year , you and I , on our tombstone , the day , the year that we were born , and there's going to be another year , the year that we die in between . Is that dash ? And that dash is going to say what ? It's going to determine where we go forever and our lives here , the day of meaning , the day of purpose ?

Or do you stand at that tree of the knowledge of good and evil and you say , oh , you will not die , I will be like God and I will decide what is good and what is evil ? That's a very old story and , make no mistake , those who are behind such lies and falsehoods always have an agenda .

They know full well that the vacuum that forms in the hearts of young people when the world deprives them of what is true , good and beautiful will have to be filled . And oh my gosh , you got these pariahs like Father James Martin . He's just ready to fill them right .

The strangers who parents have often allowed or even placed in their children's lives by abdicating their responsibility as the primary educators of their children , then give children what seems like choices , but are nothing but empty promises of a utopia that never comes .

The resulting mental illness and addictions are the real epidemic and should come as no surprise to any student of human nature . Throughout history , human beings were made for more , human beings were made for God . Hey , god bless you . I'll continue to unpack this . Find a good church . Don't forget those three things .

Before you look at your phone in the morning , get to your knees and say Be it done to me according to your will , god , open yourself up to Him right off the bat . He will come into your life . You know you don't need the kumbaya dialogue . If you want to go dialogue with people , that's fine . But feel yourself full of the encounter with Jesus Christ .

Pope Benedict the 16th said your faith is not going to be some ethical decision or some lofty philosophical idea . It's going to be an encounter with an event . It's going to be an encounter with that person and that encounter will give you a new horizon and a definitive direction for your life .

You will find the truth , you will find what's good , you will find what's beautiful . That encounter can happen right there in the morning on your knees . Then the second thing temptations will come throughout the day . Use those temptations and invitation to prayer . Temptations are not a sin . Jesus Christ has been tempted .

Open those up to Him and say Come into my heart , right . And the third thing is become a person of love , you know . Love your neighbors , love your gay neighbors , love these confused kids . This is a you know . Christ said If there's , if there's anything at all you're going to learn from me , it's to love one another .

Right , but you got to love God first , because you can't give what you don't have . Be filled with divine life and love . Be filled with the truth , what's good , what's beautiful . And now I know how to love everybody . And when they start to ask me questions , I have the gospel and I can proclaim the truth to them so that they could find eternal life Right .

And eternity doesn't mean tomorrow . Eternity means forever . We are the moment . We are exploded into this , into this world . We became eternal beings . We're going someplace . Make sure we're going . We're supposed to . Hey , god bless you . Talk to you later , everyone , bye .
