#233: 4th of July, Roe v. Wade, Speak the Truth Among Wolves, and Rejoice For Your Names Are Written In Heaven; Meditation on Scripture for July 3

This is Tuesday Night in the Smith Home for Sunday July 3rd. As we approach Independence Day I consider what made the United States of America different, freer and more successful than any other nation in history.  And how Roe v. Wade plays an integral part in our future as a nation.

In the Gospel of Luke 10:1-20 Jesus sent his disciples as Lambs among  Wolves to go out and proclaim the Good News to all of Humanity. And when they did so He told them to rejoice for their names are written in heaven.

Let us too "go out" without fear into our post Christian culture. To remind them that Jesus did not come to condemn the world, but to save it.
