There are temptations that assail me all the time; I feel like giving up. I'm never going to escape their grip. Have you ever had thoughts such as these as you try to live out the faith? Does it seem hopeless at times to escape the grip of temptations? What I am about to suggest will help in all matter of temptations, but here I will specifically address the temptation of lust.
First, temptation is not a sin! Jesus experienced temptations in the dessert.
Today we live in a world that has normalized the fall of brokenness...and the world wants us to believe that we have just 2 ways to deal with our desires...nope! When you "See" in 3D it will change your life!

1. Go to Mass, the most important prayer! Try to make an extra Mass during the week.
2. Take the wedding bath...the Sacrament of Reconciliation at least once per month
3. Read Scripture daily

5. Spend 10 minutes a day in Silence.
