Bruce MacDonald has devoted his life and career to social good for over 30 years. Formerly the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Canada, Bruce has been working with all aspects of the philanthropic sector throughout his career.

With Imagine Canada, Bruce works with non-profits and charities to help answer questions and inform the public about the sector through programming and partnerships across the country.

I sat down with Bruce to talk about the role of philanthropy in society, trends and strategies in the charitable and non-profit sector, and the culture of philanthropy on a national scale.
