We are first daughters before we are queens.

Did you know the Hebrew definition for the word daughter means being a biological daughter, yes—but it also means the ‘apple of God’s eye?’ How neat is that!? God delights in raising you.

And from this revelation we derive our worth.

Queen Esther was technically orphaned, yet because she was a daughter of Mordecai she was raised as a woman who was set apart and knew her value. I personally see Mordecai as a type and shadow of God the Father. He was a covering to her; He raised her; He chose her.

Before we can step into our destiny, we first find our fulfillment in simply being a daughter of God.

Whatever your background is, you are abundantly valuable for no other reason than you are God’s daughter. And as you step into your destiny as a queen in your sphere influence, your “success” does not define you. If you help a rule a nation or build a billion-dollar enterprise, or if you experience perpetual loss and go bankrupt, your value remains. In essence, because You’re a daughter of God you are a worthy woman.
