In this week’s Five Minute Friday, I am talking about the importance of sleep! Sleep is so important for your body's healing process. Skin and collagen rebuild during the night, so it is crucial to apply your nighttime products and allow yourself enough time for restorative sleep. Turning off electronics an hour or two before sleeping, and even using a better pillow are all ways to ensure a great night's rest.
