Episode description

Kyle Yoshioka is the Editor and Content Manager of Influential Point. They identify as a biracial, nonbinary, and neurodivergent queer person. This has given them an intimate understanding of how interpersonal, intergenerational, and intercultural factors influence health. Their ultimate goal is to help you both honor and detangle the ways in which you have adapted to a weird and sometimes vicious world. Kyle spent their childhood at the local Buddhist temple with their grandparents. They have over ten years of study of Shotokan Karate, a form of Japanese martial arts, and worked for years as a yoga teacher.
