Episode description

In the late 1840's, word started traveling around of gold found in the American River at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains! Prospectors came from all around to pan and mine for the gold that was rumored to be nuggets the size of your fist! With more prospectors, brought more prospectors, and the settlements began to flourish. Bars, post offices, these small towns scattering throughout the west coast were abandoned when the gold began to dry up and became scarce. Leaving behind the bones of the past. We're left with legends, ghost towns, and so many more interesting and spooky things! So get ready for our tales from the Gold Rush!
