As entrepreneurs, we should know what type of person we are at our core. That gives us an idea of areas of opportunity for growth or who we need to hire to help us advance forward and reach our dreams and walk fully in our purpose.

Humanitarian crises are surrounding us. We have a major ongoing crisis at the Southern Border of the U.S. that is leaving kids without basic hygiene necessities and hungry with little sleep. It’s horrible what is happening and we must standup and speak out. Call Congress and demand a change now! Migrants are people. We need to treat them as such. Also, there’s a crisis in Sudan. Check out this article in Fast Company on ways to help the Sudanese who are under attack by their interim military government. Kim’s being messy with branding and culturally appropriating again. Seriously, girl, no. Oh and new news for Beautifully Complicated Podcast!!!!

What’s in an environment? EVERYTHING! Know and create the best environment for you to maintain peace, tranquility, creativity, or whatever vibe you want and need.
