Most of our lives our ego has been in the driver seat. It's that part of ourselves that leads us to believe we are our jobs, or we are our place in the family, (the mother, the daughter, the husband, the son). But is that truly who we are?

In this episode I share with you my story of the unraveling of my ego and how I had to take a long look at why I was so painfully unhappy, despite having everything I thought I ever wanted.

The ego cannot sustain true happiness. It isn't the real you. Often it's in midlife when we begin to experience the unraveling of our ego. When you allow the unraveling of your ego is when you start to feel the True You take the wheel of your life.
