I'm not afraid to age. I love getting older. It doesn't mean I want my body to show signs of aging with joint pain or slowing down. I mean, if I have wrinkles on my face or gray in my hair I've freakin' earned them by living!

This episdoe is all about celebrating midlife and beyond. We get gray, but we are also more refined and experienced. We have more to offer the world with our wisdom and  expertise because we KNOW who the hell we are and are unapologetic for being our True Selves.
