5 Reasons To Travel Alone / Patti Diener

Since 2015 I've been traveling a couple times a year on my own. It started out as time for me to write uninterrupted. But I wondered if I could really justify my going.  At first it felt too indulgent to have so much time to myself. Then I realized I got far more out of the traveling alone than just the writing.

In this episode I talk about my 5 Reasons I believe everyone should experience traveling alone. Now that I've done it so many times, I cannot go without this sacred time alone.
