In part 4 of the MED Masterclass, Matt discusses the various ways you can structure the volume and intensity days in the 4-Day Split, including sets, reps, exercise selection, and accessory work. While the 4-Day Split opens up many programming options, the goals for each day of the split are clear: intensity is about setting PR's (weight on the bar), while volume is about increasing stress via tonnage (sets x reps x weight).
