EP 1 - Clay Newcomb

In this inaugural episode of the Bear Hunting Magazine Huntcast we sit down with Clay Newcomb.  Clay was the publisher of Bear Hunting Magazine from 2013 to 2021.  Clay is the host of the hit Bear Grease podcast by Meateater.  We talk about a few pivotal moments in his path in and through a career in the outdoor space and how having a strong identity helped him press through the no's.  We also talk about the big realizations he had moving from a regional view of bear hunting into a seeing the national scene and the importance of #GuardingTheGate.
