In anticipation of Red (TV), Kate reminisces briefly through the Red album and provides her (accidentally 40 minute) All Too Well dissertation (in a pre-Red TV world), reminiscing on what the song meant to her then and now. Then, Kate airs an episode she recorded with Kelly (her sister) in San Diego amidst a coyote scare. They discuss 90s TV like TGIF, SNICK, Hey Dude, Are You Afraid of the Dark, etc., then venture into casual questions like “how to avoid existential dread?” Then Kelly gives a life update in San Diego and shares her version of a once-in-a-lifetime Taylor Swift event (going to a Braves World Series game). They discuss the joy of doing things alone, the transplant dilemma of feeling out of sorts in a new place, the issue of never being satisfied in life or career, do you say “active” or “sometimes” about the gym on dating profiles, they trade for you pages, talk about van life, do a brief rif off, the list goes on.
