L-Sits are a body movement for your hip flexors. Hip Flexors are incredibly important for running and jumping! If you have big, powerful legs you have to be able to lift them! Sounds so basic but it's something I've completed neglected. Not anymore!! Rookie mode LETS GO!! Love finding a weakness so I can keep growing stronger!
