This One Hit Me Hard- Minisode

I very nearly did not air an episode today. After the devastating news from Spotify, I was very upset and definitely didn’t feel like recording anything inspiring, let alone podcasting at all. This is the Live I did on Instagram right after I found out. It’s raw and real, but I hope what you get out of it is that you can’t just shove down your initial reactions. You have to feel the feelings, even knowing they won’t last forever, in order for them to eventually dissipate.
