Episode description

Parents who are angry and irate can wreak havoc in a school and can be intimidating. Teachers need to learn how to defuse power struggles and maintain their dignity, as they handle planned and unplanned parent /teacher conferences. We are in a post 9-11 era. Even though security is tight angry parents always seem to find their way in to a school building to try and corner an unsuspecting teacher. The COVID pandemic has created more angry people than ever before with everyone disagreeing and judging others for their beliefs and opinions. This podcast will help the teacher deal with parents who are now more angry than ever and will help  them remain calm in the midst the storm.
