Nick Albin better known as "Chewy" in the bjj world. Chewy is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and the owner and head instructor of Derby City Mixed Martial Arts in Louisville, KY. He has fought MMA and has also competed at the highest level. Chewy started training in 2003 and has been teaching full time since 2010. He has competed at Worlds, Pan Ams, IBJJF tournaments, Grapplers Quests and many more. We discuss his training approach, nutrition, the future of jiu jitsu and more.
