He is the Chairman of the National Stop the Bleed Month and Day and is a voting member on the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care. Over the course of his career, he implemented SWAT Medic Programs, was promoted to the Regimental Physician Assistant for the 75th Ranger Regiment in Fort Benning, GA in 2015 and the list goes on. Fisher's knowledge and accomplishments are nothing short of impressive. Currently, Fisher holds the rank of Major and is currently in his first year of a general surgery residency in New Mexico.
