In today's episode, Suzi explains the difference between independence, codependency and interdependence within a family or relationship. Being dependent is when a party is reliant on another party for survival. In contrast interdependence is when two or more parties are reliant on each other for survival. Interdependence relies on those within the party. Each person has power, each person has value. You have made a pact!
