Spencer is the Director of Strategic Development & External Relations at the Marcus Institute for Brain Health (MIBH). The MIBH offers an intensive outpatient treatment program for veterans first responders and retired athletes that have been dealing with the prolonged symptoms of concussion and trauma brain injury.
