I recently had an epic chat with two of my creative Australian pals about Bridging the Gap: Approaching Transitions and plugging into Creative Energy

Let's be real transitions can be tough to manage, but with the right approach, they can also be a great opportunity for growth and creativity.  This session provides helpful tips on how to make bridge connections between past experiences, current circumstances and future possibilities. 

It encourages listens to tap into their creative energy and explore the potential of their new environment in order to find unique solutions that will best suit them as they move through life.

We discussed finding our inner compass and trusting our intuition, as well as why our friends, influences, and community matters. 

Ultimately, we all agreed that love and creativity is the greatest resource which can help us to take on any challenge!
