Don’t let ideas die in silence. Launching is the first step, not the end goal. Without launching, you miss out on luck, feedback, and real-world testing. Done is better than perfect. Just launch and refine later.
Belief #6: Pain + Reflection = Progress
Reframe pain as a teacher, not an enemy. Like in fitness, stress plus recovery equals growth. Without reflection, pain just causes suffering. But with reflection, it leads to progress and strength.
