In this episode - Casey Dill who is currently the Manager of the Palm Springs Power and Director of Baseball Operations for the Palm Springs Collegiate League. He has worked as a Field Manager in professional and summer collegiate baseball for 12 years, earning an overall record of 509-241 and six championships.

He is an Associate Scout with the Atlanta Braves and Scouting Supervisor for the Southern Illinois Miners of the independent professional Frontier League. He is a graduate of Major League Baseball Scout School and is MLB Scouting Bureau certified.

He has coached at the collegiately at California State University Chico (NCAA D2), New Mexico Highlands University (NCAA D2) and Harris-Stowe State University (NAIA). Casey has a n Associates Degree in Business Management from Butte Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Columbia College.
