We all come across times when we want to meal prep but don't have the means for 1 reason or another. Maybe you're moving and the kitchen is limited? Or you're out of town and don't have a stocked kitchen? Or maybe you simply don't like to cook, or don't have time to cook but you want to have your meals prepared so you can stay on track. If any of this sounds familiar, this is the meal prep class for you! Come hang out with Chef Steph while she shows you how to meal prep without using kitchen equipment. 

Stephanie Mitchell – Chef Steph has been a chef for all of 25+ years. She lives in Bear, DE with her husband, Isaac, and step-kids, Chelsea and Adriean (part time). She had VSG 9/21/20 and started on the weight loss medication Mounjaro in October of 2022. She currently is down 150ish pounds and finally has reached her goal weight this year - 2023! For her, maintenance has been the hardest part of this journey so far. It's has been a scary, unfamiliar place! She states that she “takes it one day at a time and leans heavily on this wonderful community for support!” She absolutely LOVES the outdoors... hiking, camping, kayaking, swimming. And over the last few years she has started getting into running. And admits that she necessarily doesn’t love running, but she loves how it makes her feel.
