FC Barcelona’s 2007/2008 campaign was a rocky campaign that didn’t yield any trophies. Since Pep Guardiola’s arrival at the Camp Nou, FC Barcelona has won a trophy in every campaign. As Barcelona fans we have enjoyed a period of bliss and sometimes it has been hard to imagine a season without winning a trophy. 2007/2008 was important because, right now, we are coming to the end of our most famous La Masia class and we may encounter inconsistent campaigns as we did between 1999 and 2007. We’ve assembled a panel of journalists to comment on the good, the bad, and everything in between from that rocky campaign.
Today we are taking a look at that first third of the season, from preseason until the end of November.
