Adam White on the Supreme Court

Adam White joins Phoebe and Robert to analyze the recent Supreme Court rulings concerning affirmative action, student loan forgiveness, the independent state legislature theory, and congressional redistricting.

Adam is a senior fellow at AEI, where he focuses on the Supreme Court, the administrative state, and American constitutionalism. He also codirects the Antonin Scalia Law School’s C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State
