Hal Hannaford began his educational career as a student at Lower Canada College in Montreal, and has spent his entire professional life in education. In June, 2020 Hal completed his 31st year as a Headmaster in Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) schools. We discuss why boys and men are falling behind in today's society, the role of fathers in raising healthy and well-adjusted boys, and why masculinity is an essential and positive aspect of our society.
