A former inmate turned prison reform advocate, has commended the Channel Islands' approach to incarceration after recently visiting Jersey and Guernsey. Paula Harriott is the Head of Prisoner Involvement at the Prison Reform Trust, a group of campaigners who champion rehabilitation over punishment.
