God is not your mascot

I was originally scheduled to guest preach this Sunday but with the inclement weather, the service was cancelled. This is the sermon I preached last week reflecting on the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the tendency of institutions to sanitize revolutionary messages.
