The Amazons and Valkyries

Author Ben Thompson and Professor of History Dr. Pat  Larash compare and contrast two of the most well-known sisterhoods of heavily-armed mythological warrior women -- the Amazons of ancient Greece, and the Valkyries of Viking legend.
