Imagine Captain America except he couldn't do it all day and he wasn't with you until the end of the line. This is a low-budget, Albert Pyun directed film that bears little resemblance to the Captain America movies of the MCU. But is it bad? The film has lots of supporters so we try and see if the critics were wrong and if this is actually a bad movie that rules.
