No, you're not reading this wrong... we've crossed the streams!

In this episode, Jody and David speak with Rob Deering, comedian, writer and co-host of Running Commentary, about the intersection between music and running. During lockdown, Rob wrote a book about his love of running and music, Running Tracks, which is due to be published Summer 2021.

As well as music, Rob reveals the journey from stand-up comedian to podcast host and firm fixture in the running community.
