Chris Holton is a Do-Badder.

He's one of us. But aside from that he's also a Dr and a neuroscientist with a PhD from Imperial College London.

In his role as a senior pharmacologist, Chris explores ways to reduce chronic pain and neurodegeneration at a time when we've never been more unhealthy, sleep-deprived and stressed.

It's not surprise to learn that Chris believes exercise can be a short and long term way to treat pain and running marathons can actually change neural pathways.

Prepare to have your mind blown as Chris explains all this and more - while David sits mouth agape in awe and wonder (seriously, it's that good).

You're going to love this one, we promise.

Enjoy!
