Kent is a Marxist-Leninist who is working to establish a collective in the Nevada desert. The collective is located on the lands of the former Town of Tobar.

He plans to grow the collective through primeval farming methods, solar power, water run offs, and bringing money in through hemp production and agricultural sales.
