Episode 269: New Mexico's Rights Under Attack

New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham essentially banned the exercise of the Second Amendment this past week. Governor Grisham declared a Public Health Emergency declaring that over dose deaths and mass shootings were an epidemic in the State of New Mexico. She banned for 30 days all concealed and open carry permit holders from carrying their arms in public. This was met by armed protestors gathering to protest the rule the Governor attempted to make legitimate. The Sheriff in Bernalillo County publically declared the Governor's ruling unconstitutional and stated he would not be directing his Deputies to enforce the ruling. A few days after the livestreaming of this episode her "public health emergency" was declared unconstitutional by a Federal Judge.
