Episode 184: Elon Musk Buys Twitter

Elon Musk purchases Twitter for over 40 Billion Dollars on April 25th 2022. The Left decries this as an end to their safe space, the Right celebrates this as a victory for Free Speech, but as your local Marxist I vehemently disagree. Unless Musk eliminates the algorithm that prioritizes echo chambers then we will not have free speech. To have free speech, we must have all opinions interact with each other daily to breed healthy discussion and debate. This constant challenge to ideas is what builds positive discourse and refines positions. This is simply a moralistic outcry to get investment capital and to cater to an audience. He wants everyone to be included on Twitter, that way he can get everyone's money.
