Episode 146: CIA Funding the Progressives

The CIA, and before them the FBI, have been funding the various formations of Progressive thought and movements in the United States, Europe and Latin America for over 100 years.

The aim of this is to make anti-communist socialists. The ultimate goal of this was to make sure the communist movement, and in the 1960's the New Left, became fragmented and powerless.

They achieved this by using Anarchist principles of anti-authoritarianism and individual action of achieving socialism to weaken these mass movements. The Communist Movement and the New Left focused on mobilizing the entire nation with a strict chain of command to lead actions and elections. Both deteriorated by the influence of FBI/CIA sponsored individualism and hyper criticism of chains of commands within these movements.

In this episode I show evidence that exposes the connection between government intervention in the thought and movements of the people.
