TCM For Preconception, Pregnancy & Post Partum ~ w Dr Beck Hoehn

When trying for a baby, and supporting yourself through pregnancy and post partum, it can be so effective to draw wisdom and support from multiple modalities and practises. 

Today we are diving into the world of traditional Chinese Medicine. This is not an area of expertise for me, but I have certainly felt the benefits personally and in shared clients with TCM practitioners, for supporting a journey into and throughout motherhood.
