Jim is nervous when he finds out his boss, Henry Powell has asked him to lunch because a lot of other guys have been fired recently. To his surprise, he’s offered a promotion, but he has to move the family back to Minneapolis. Jim calls a family meeting where Brenda, Brandon, and surprisingly Cindy vote to stay in Beverly Hills but Jim overturns the decision when he’s offered double his current salary.
