Donna and Kelly are still refusing to live in the beach apartment with David, who isn’t reacting to the tough love like they expected him to. But when he’s faced with a tough situation, David calls the one person he knows he can. Meanwhile, Andrea is getting married! She and Jesse are determined to have a low key wedding and celebrate with their family and closest friends, but Andrea's parent's don't approve of how quickly she's getting married.
