Dr. Dudum explains the similarities and differendes of Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression and traction.

Dr. Dudum explains the similarities and differences of non-surgical spinal decompression and traction.

Traction is the act of pulling. There are many different types of traction: manual traction, using a towel for traction, mechanical traction, inversion tables, Y-strap adjustment, at home traction with a pump device, and much more. There forms of traction, or sustained pulling may be beneficial. Listen as Dr. Dudum explains even the subtle differences within traction.

Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression is the act of relieving pressure. Mechanical tables that use various forces, at different angles, and multple oscillations that create a pumping effecton the intervertebral space to relieve pressue. The osscillations, act like an accordian to change the intradiscal pressure. Relieving pressure is what allows the discs to reabsorb, providing amazing results for disc bulges, herniated discs, extruded discs, chronic degenerative conditions, facet syndrome and much more!

Dr. Dudum discusses why traction may be used in one case, but where spinal decompression is needed in another.
