On this weeks episode Kelly welcomes back fellow counsellor, Jodie Sturges to the podcast. (Dip, Couns MBACP, Integrative Adult & Childrens Counsellor)

Jodie has been a therapist for nearly 11 years and has worked with our families for many years.

Jodie wanted to return to the podcast and discuss a very good topic about families and women in grief whist dealing with ADHD.

Jodie shares her personal journey of her recent ADHD diagnoses and wants this episode to raise awareness and help anyone that may feel they have ADHD to seek help, advise or speak to a therapist. Especially during grief.

Going through grief is extremely unsettling, emotional and changes who you are as a person. Jodie explains the differences someone with ADHD may face compared to someone without.
